Refund policy
Before February 15
At any time before February 15, upon written request and accompanied by a medical bill, we will refund the deposit minus administration fees ($100/week) per week registered.
Starting March 1
As of March 1, upon written request and accompanied by a medical bill, we will refund the total amount less the deposit ($100/week) and administration fees ($100/week) per week registered.
Camp Departure
In the event of injury during a stay at CampsRep, a medical bill (certifying the child's total inability to participate) and the child's departure from camp will be required for a partial refund to be issued.
The refund will be calculated according to the following formula:

Other information
There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or special diets (where the parent provides part of the food).
If an injury requires ambulance transport or if an illness requires medication under a doctor's prescription, the cost will be billed to the parents.
All reimbursements will be made two weeks after the CampsRep spring break(s) end.
