Shipping

A delay of two (2) to five (5) working days are required for processing of all orders. If all elements of an order are available, your items will be delivered within two (2) to ten (10) business days. Delivery fees will vary according to the delivery method chosen at the time of the transaction. Les CampsRep cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from distributor stock shortage or carrier delivery delays.

Procedure for reception of goods

1. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect the delivery, count the number of packages and ensure that the number matches the delivery slip.

2. We invite you to take pictures of the delivered goods in case of any problem or doubt. If you identify a problem, please indicate it on the delivery slip.

3. You have the right and the responsibility to inspect the delivery before signing the delivery slip.The truck driver is required to wait until you have finished inspecting and unloading your package(s). After the truck driver’s departure, it will no longer be possible to report damaged equipment.

4. If any damage is discovered at delivery, you must notify the delivery driver and indicate it on the order form before signing. Immediately call Les CampsRep to report the damage so that we may open a file and follow up with the transport company.

Refund & replacement

The buyer has a period of ten (10) days following the date of the equipment delivery to request a partial or total refund of the order. However, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the costs of delivery and pick-up of the item being returned. A fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned goods. In addition, the buyer has the right to, and is responsible for, checking the condition and accuracy of the order upon delivery before signing the delivery slip. The buyer must immediately inform Les CampsRep of any damage to the delivered goods or any difference(s) between the purchase order and the delivered goods.

 

The one (1) year warranty on a manufacturing defect is subject to the following conditions: the purchaser must inform Les CampsRep of the problem in writing within a period of six (6) months following the delivery date. Les CampsRep will replace defective parts or exchange the item in question at no charge and without the need for supporting documentation, as long as the item has been used properly and with reasonable care. Following this six (6) month period, the buyer has an additional six (6) months to make a written request to Les CampsRep for a refund, with acceptable justification. Les CampsRep is the only one authorized to grant a refund of the said property at all times.

 

WARNING: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from abuse or misuse of the equipment.
